MEETING MINUTES


Members Present: Howard Sandler-Chairman, Michael Cole-Vice Chairman, Leslie Ann Morse-Clark-Clerk, Craig Nightingale, Kevin Holland, Peter McDonald, Frank Salomone

Members Absent: Debbie Abbott and Tim Klink, Alternate

Staff Present : Sheila Vanderhoef, Town Administrator,  Frank DeFelice, Building Inspector

Mr. Sandler (Chairman) called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

Michael Cole stepped down for this Case and Frank Salomone sat in.

CASE PB#2005-09 – DR. ARTHUR HARTUNG/MICHAEL H. COLE, seeks Site Plan Approval-Special Permit under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIII – B – 1A, to construct a one room  addition to the existing dental office, for property located at 55 Oak Road, Eastham, Map 08 Parcel 156.

A MOTION was made by Kevin Holland, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale to Grant a Site Plan Approval - Special Permit.   VOTE: 7-0 (UNANIMOUS)
 
CASE  PB#2005-10 – DAVID OLSEN/CHRISTOPHER DeSIMONE, seek Residential Site Plan Approval  under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV, to construct a new home & garage resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 255 Herringbrook Road, Eastham, Map 17 Parcel 487.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Peter McDonald to continue this case to June 8, 2005 for landscape plan, Conservation info and Board of Health review.
            VOTE: 6-1 FOR-Frank, Peter, Kevin, Craig, Howard, Leslie - AGAINST-Michael

CASE  PB#2005-11 – JUDY S. UNDERBERG/JAY HOROWITZ, seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV, to construct an addition & screened porch resulting in Site coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 35 Mallard Lane, Eastham, Map 13 Parcel 098.


A MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale to Approve Residential Site Plan, subject to Board of Health Approval.  VOTE: 7-0 UNANIMOUS


CASE  PB#2005-12 – BEACH PLUM PARTNERS/DEREK LINCOLN, seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV, to tear down existing structure and construct a new residence resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft. for property located at 335 Western Avenue, Eastham, Map 10 Parcel 243.

A MOTION was made by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Peter McDonald to Approve Residential Site Plan subject to approval by Board of Health.  VOTE: UNANIMOUS

Michael Cole stepped down and Frank Salomone filled in for this Case PB2005-13

CASE  PB#2005-13 – JOHN & SARA EASLEY/PETER CONEEN, seek Residential Site Plan Approval under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIV, to add a two-car garage family room with master bedroom above and convert existing screen porch into a sunroom, resulting in Site Coverage greater than 3,000 sq. ft., for property located at 65 Ginger Plum Lane, Eastham, Map 17 Parcel 744.

A MOTION was made  by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Craig Nightingale to continue this Case to June 8, 2005.  VOTE: 7-0 UNANIMOUS

CASE  PB#2005-14 – CAPE COD 5 CENTS SAVINGS BANK/BARRY GALLUS, seek Site Plan Approval-Special Permit under Eastham Zoning By-Laws Section XIII –B-1A, to extend existing canopy over drive-up window to facilitate new drive-up atm for property located at 75 Brackett Road, Eastham, Map 08 Parcel 193A.

A MOTION was made by Michael Cole, SECONDED by Kevin Holland to Grant Site Plan Approval- Special Permit for this Case.  VOTE: 7-0   UNANIMOUS


A MOTION TO ADJOURN AT 8:20 PM was made by Leslie Ann Morse, SECONDED by Kevin Holland.  VOTE 7-0 UNANIMOUS
